宗旨: 启迪孩子们美的心灵、培养创新及鉴赏能力。提供交流及展示的机会。

主题:不限,可自行选定。

报名时间: 2020年1月2日 至3月16 日, 每天下午12点至5点(邮寄作品以邮戳为准）。

展览时间:  2020年4月25日 至 30日,每天中午12时至下午5时。

颁奖时间:  2020年4月25 日 下午2时正。

展览及颁奖地点:  加拿大安省中国美术会3838 Midland Ave. unit 102, Toronto ON, Canada M1V 5K5

参赛细则：

1.参赛者为16岁以下世界各族裔少年儿童。

2.年龄组别:   A组: 6岁及以下; B组: 7-9岁;  C组:10-13岁;   D组:14-16岁。

3.作品只限绘画, 但材料不限。

4.要求参展作品是儿童亲自完成，每人限寄送一作品。(姓名写在作品背后) 。

5.每组评选出金、银、铜、优秀及入选作品。

6.报名时需填写报名表及交参赛费，海外(加拿大安省以外)免参赛费，参赛作品在展覧后可以取回，恕不邮寄退还。

7.主办机构有权将参赛作品发表。

8.作品规格：9”X 12” (23X30cm) ；14”X 17”(35.5 X 43.2cm) ；国画4尺开三 (45.3x68cm)。

9.评审标准：根据参赛作品创意，主题表现及技巧三方面来评定。

10. 参赛费：

a.加拿大安省境内，10元 (CAD)/每人，金银铜得主获颁发证书及金属奖牌，优秀及入选得主获得奖证书。各參赛者获参赛証明。

b.为减省汇票及邮寄，安省以外的參赛者免交参赛费，金银铜得主获寄发「得奖证书」，不包括金属奖牌；又海外团体的参赛者，各人将获寄得奖或参赛証明。

 11.付款方式：现金 、支票、 汇票。 (支票及汇票台头为:Ontario Chinese Artists Association)

2020 Annual International Children’s Art Contest

Objectives: To encourage & to evoke creativity and imagination

To create & provide the opportunity of communication, view and emulate, mutual-learning and display.

Theme: Any topics are encouraged and will be accepted

Registration time: 12:00-5:00pm, January 2^nd to March 16^th(according to postmark)

Exhibition duration: April 25^th to May 30 ^th , 2020, 12:00pm-5:00pm

Official rules and regulations: Contestants are limited to children 16 years of age and younger

Four age-categories for submission and judging: 6 and younger, 7-9, 10-12 and 13-16

Medium: Paintings and drawings, no limit on materials

To enter the contest, contestants warrant and represent that the artwork is their own original work product and release. One submission per one contestant (contestant’s name must appear on the back of the artwork).

Gold, Silver, Bronze, Excellence and Selected Awards will be given. When registering, submit registration form with entry fee (if needed *). All the original artwork submitted with contest entry will not be mailed back.

OCAA has the right to the publication of the artwork submitted with contest.

Size: 9”X 12”(23X30cm) and 14”X 17” (35.5X43.2cm),  traditional Chinese painting (45.3x68cm)

Evaluation criteria: originality, theme presentation and artistic skills

Entry Fee *:

(a) Inside Province of Ontario– 10 dollars (CAD) per person. Each gold, silver and bronze winner will be awarded one medal and one certification. Excellence and Selected award winners will be presented certifications.

 (b) Outside Province of Ontario– free entry fee.  Each gold, silver, bronze winner will be mailed back one certification. All contestantgroups will be mailed back winner certification and participation certification.
