\u662f\u6b21\u756b\u5c55\u4ee5\u5c71\u6c34\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u5c55\u54c1\u5305\u62ec\u50b3\u7d71\u6c34\u58a8\u53ca\u5177\u6642\u4ee3\u6c23\u606f\u7684\u62bd\u8c61\u4f5c\u54c1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5c55\u51fa\u6578\u5e45\u81e8\u6479\u9ea5\u6b63\u8001\u5e2b\u4f5c\u54c1\u7684\u756b\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e26\u9644\u8001\u5e2b\u539f\u4f5c\u7167\u7247\u5728\u65c1\u4ee5\u4f5c\u5c0d\u7167\uff0c\u85c9\u6b64\u61f7\u5ff5\u9ea5\u6b63\u8001\u5e2b\u53ca\u5ef6\u7e8c\u5176\u5225\u5177\u4e00\u683c\u7684\u756b\u98a8\u3002\u6b61\u8fce\u53c3\u89c0!!<\/span><\/p>\n

Irene Chan, a long-time student of the renowned Chinese painter Mak Ching, will be holding an art exhibition September 9-14, 2023 at the Ontario Chinese Artists Association, in memory of Mak, who passed away in March 2022.<\/p>\n

Chan, born in Hong Kong, emigrated to Canada in the late 1980\u2019s. She picked up Chinese painting after moving to Canada and had been taking lessons for more than 10 years from Mak who is prominently recognized in Canada, Hong Kong and China for his landscape and floral paintings. Inspired by Mak\u2019s unique style as well as impeccable technique, Chan specializes in landscape painting and paints in water colour and Chinese ink.<\/p>\n

Exhibits include traditional as well as abstract landscape paintings. As a tribute to Mak, the exhibition will feature several paintings that mimic Mak\u2019s original work, alongside with photos of Mak\u2019s originals for reference.<\/p>\n
